Objective
To incentivize and reward gaiians for referring talented candidates who can contribute to our success and growth. Our referral program is more of a "vouching program," where we encourage you to refer people you truly believe in. This way, we ensure we're bringing in not just great professionals but also individuals who fit well with our values and culture. By doing this, we create a stronger, more connected team that drives our organization forward together.
Program Overview
Team members who refer successful candidates will receive a referral bonus as a token of our appreciation.
Eligibility
All team members (full-time or part-time) are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for the hiring manager for the role.
Referral Process
- Identify a Candidate: Think about your professional network and friends who might be a great fit for our team—people you would personally vouch for.
- Submit a Referral: share with the hiring manager that you are referring someone, and ask that person to apply on our career page.
- Review and Interview: the hiring team will review the candidate’s profile, if the candidate is a potential fit, they will proceed with the interview process.
- Referral Bonus: if the referred candidate is hired and completes 3 months with gaiia, the referring team member will receive the referral amount on their next payroll.

We're excited to offer a referral bonus of $3,000 to show our appreciation for helping us find great talent.
Guidelines
- Referrals must be submitted before the candidate applies for a position on their own.
- The referral bonus will be paid after 3 months of their start date, if the referred candidate still work at gaiia.
- Only one referral bonus will be awarded per candidate. If multiple team members refer the same candidate, let's split the bonus as a recognition of your teamwork.
- The referring team member must be actively employed at the time the referral bonus is due.
